The new feature translates to more fun, not limiting the interaction between players from different console platforms. However, this is only possible for the PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One, and PC players are still excluded.

The goal of this feature is for players to recognize their own abilities and to get rewards for success after every match.

Players can earn more XP with the Survival Mastery mode, as long as they perform better every match. All progress related to this mode can be found on the Mastery menu tab.

Besides the multi-platform matchmaking and mode, a new weapon is also introduced: DBS Shotgun. It’s a double-barrel bullpup shotgun that can be acquired from Care Packages.

The gun can hold up to 12-gauge rounds, with up to 6x scopes and more effective damage up to the 100-meter distance.

For those who want to reduce the sounds from the Red Zone and even footsteps, you can now do so. The new update allows players to lower the sounds for better gameplay, hearing crucial movements to target other players.
